Miss Earth Bosnia and Herzegovina 2011 is Aleksandra Kovacevic. Aleksandra Kovacevic, from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina 2011 on May 21, 2011. She is currently a model and an Economics student and plans to pursue a doctorate degree in Philosophy. Natasha Borozan and Emina Hadzipasic were the 1st and 2nd runners-up, respectively. Aleksandra Kovacevic will represent Bosnia and Herzegovina in Miss Earth 2011 Pageant.
